Kiwibank maintains lead in Roy Morgan retail bank satisfaction survey, just, over BNZ and the being phased out National Bank
Kiwibank has only just kept its nose ahead of BNZ and National Bank in retail banking customer satisfaction, according to the latest survey results of the big six banks from Roy Morgan Research.
The survey, recording the six month rolling average up to October, shows Kiwibank down 2% to 83% satisfaction.
Both BNZ and National Bank were up 1% to 82%.
ASB was down 1% to 79%, Westpac up 2% to 77%, and ANZ, which announced plans to phase out its National Bank brand over two years in late September, was flat at 75%.
National Bank's customer satisfaction was up for the fifth straight month.
Kiwibank has ranked first of the six major banks every month since mid-2008.
