Housing report: REINZ median house price hits peak, but will it last?

Posted in News

Watch You Tube video here. Bernard Hickey delivers a Housing report in association with ASB on figures showing the median house price hit a record high of NZ$355,000 in October, beating the boom-year peak of NZ$352,000 seen in November 2007. But he wonders whether it can last given rising interest rates and flat incomes. See the full interactive chart on median house prices here.
