If they want to up the speed tomorrow, update all the old routers not adsl2+ compliant, then make the 'pro' service cheap...
Then one hell of a lot of people, schools, business would have the same speed as I have in the top world 5% as I have....and no I dont have optic (old 1960s copper) and dont live next door to an exchange.

Indeed Steptoe. I have ADSL2+ at home with Orcon and have seen speeds as high as 31MBps with 18-22Mbps the norm.
