Guardian Trust to propose winding up NZ$249 million mortgage fund
Guardian Trust will shortly send investors in its Mortgage Fund a pack of proposals to wind up the NZ$249 million fund, a spokeswoman told interest.co.nz. The 3,700 investors in the fund, which was frozen on July 29, will vote on the proposal on February 4.
