Central banks have caused
Central banks have caused such unprecedented global imbalances , of which they have failed to comprehend the consequences of their actions /inactions , yet apparently are repeatedly just so close to solving the imbalances which they understand less of ,gives myself no reason for concern , my government will look after me, wont they?.

Anyway in case you were serious , what makes you feel like the central banks don't know what they are doing, and why would you think that your government is not doing what the central banks tell them to do.
You must know John Key was on the global foreign exchange committee of the Federal Reserves New York branch, who you know are a central bank right ?
