Colliers recent commercial sales ranged from hot pools and a backpacker's lodge in Queenstown to industrial properties on the North Shore

The most recent sales of commercial properties by Colliers International were at different ends of the country, with a couple of tourism properties in Queenstown selling in the $2 million to $3 million range and a couple of industrial properties on Auckland's North Shore selling for $2.04 million to $4.15 million. Colliers recent commercial property sales:

  • 38 Arrenway Drive, Mairangi Bay, North Shore. A 1240 square metre industrial building with one year remaining on the tenant's lease. Sold for $2.04 million providing a yield of 5.39%. The agents were Shoneet Chand and Matt Prentice.
  • 62-64A Diana Drive, Wairau Valley, North Shore. A 2634 square metre industrial building facing directly on to the road. Sold to an owner-occupier for $4.15 million. The agents were Shoneet Chand and Matt Prentice.
  • 4-6 Anderson Heights, Queenstown. A 1265 square metre site with three buildings on it operating as the 60 bed, Hippo Lodge Backpackers (pictured). Sold for $2.51 million. The agents were Barry Robertson and Steve McIsaac.
  • 160 Arthur's Point Rd, Queenstown. A hot pool complex on a 3881 square metre site, sold as a freehold going concern for $2 million plus GST. The complex contained six pools and had extensive views over the Shotover River. The agents were Barry Robertson and Steve McIsaac.
