Prices ranged from $392,000 to $1.775 million at Bayleys' latest auctions

It was was a quieter week in Bayleys' auction rooms with fewer homes being offered for sale, although that's to be expected at this time of year.

In Auckland prices started at $392,000 for a two bedroom apartment in the Aura complex on Cook St in the CBD, and went up to $1.775 million for a three bedroom house at Cockle Bay.

A notable sale was a one bedroom character apartment in the fashionable St James building opposite the Auckland Art Gallery, which went for $530,000.

There was only one sale from down the line this week, a house on a lifestyle block at Havelock North in the Hawkes Bay (pictured) that went for $1.042 million.
