Latest apartment auction results from City Sales and Ray White City Apartments

The Auckland apartment auction rooms have been a bit quieter over the last few weeks as winter finally kicks in, with generally fewer auctions being held and often a smaller number of apartments being offered for sale.

At Ray White City Apartments just two apartments were offered at this week's auction and both were larger apartments that could have appealed to owner occupiers as well as investors. Both were sold.

Up at City Sales' rooms this week eight properties were offered for sale although only six of them were apartments. One was a house in Papakura and another was a house in Huntly.

Two of the properties sold under the hammer and a third is understood to have sold shortly afterwards.

You can check out the full results from both agencies on our new Auctions/sales results page, either by clicking on this link, or by clicking on the property tab which is just under the banner at the top of this page and selecting "Auction/sales Results" from the drop down menu.

Anyone with any sort of intelligence must be aware that Auckland property is highly over-valued and Asia and the rest of the world is nuked.

If "Asia and the rest of the world is nuked" then Auckland property could become even more valuable...
