		<description>The ability of SCF to appoint new independent directors, and the caliber of those directors, was one of the main factors I was looking to vis a vis the survival of the firm.

These three gentlemen are very high caliber, they have a lot of experience, who thus would not have taken these appointments if they thought they were getting into a company that wasn&#039;t going to survive: I think this bodes very well for SCF.
