		<description>Smells like the Lead Manager got a poor response from other broking firms...  they didn&#039;t want to support it by the looks of things...  competition for cash is strong at the moment and I expect that while investors are looking for new things they are also being extra careful...  

It was the right move to can the IPO, even though it is a bad look.</description>
