The service sends you a Report by email, setting out in detail the nature of all changes by institutions over the past week, plus market averages, as well as related benchmarks.
It is designed to keep mortgage professionals fully informed of the market and changes, supplimenting our free daily rate sheets.
This service is available by subscription only. It costs $199+GST (payable in advance) for a 12 month (50 week) period -- about $4.50 per report.
It highlights recent changes with up and down arrows, and has the change amounts listed.
Insitution groups surveyed in detail include:

- Building Societies
- Finance companies (including most non-bank loan originators)
- Mortgage trusts
- Insurance companies
- Trustee companies
