I think they want to see where the legal matter raised by Simplicity / Sam Stubbs on Hisco and Cruella De Ville's rorting of ANZ shareholders by over 4mill goes before deciding whether they can run with Cruella full time even with the full recommendation of NZ's leading character witness.

Seems apart from Simplicity / Stubbs, the rest of NZ including the RBNZ saw it as just normal upper management writing each other cheques using public / company money. Nothing to see here in smalltown NZ.

(I did hear on the grapevine that Theo Never Here is being shortlisted also. Shipley is in the mix too I hear after her magnificent performance at MainZeal. The chairman believes these are the type of people he could work with)
