As if overseas buyer where not enough now also have chinese bank to help their countrymen to speculate

How else did you expect it to work? Ground soldiers can't operate without a support network. The soldiers need somewhere to camp, and funds to operate with.

Banks lent money to create more money, in this case in the mortgage market. Clearly, the solution for now is to take the loan from foreign banks when our local banks cannot. This is just for a certain period of time, if we have more jobs then we can balance to support our own country. There are highest paying jobs with high school diploma we can tap in, more jobs are what we need at the moment.
