I bet they want them not to lend to their own people?
Enforce the Aussie Banks Rules which is racism with a touch of Xenophobia, and get away with it just like they have for years with the forgoton Aboriginal people.

These Australian Banks are Racist and bite the Chinese hand that feeds! The New Zealand RBNZ are towing the same racist line by enforcing the restricting of overseas income for lending.
