Description |
ASB Capital is a company formed for the sole purpose of issuing the preference shares. Its only asset is a loan to ASB Group (Holdings) which will invest the proceeds of that loan in ASB Bank preference shares. No member of the Commonwealth Bank or ASB Group of companies guarantees amounts payable in respect of the preference shares.
