Housing Report: 2 year fixed mortgage rates stable after long drop

Bernard Hickey delivers a Housing Report in association with ASB on the average 2 year fixed mortgage rate and how it dropped sharply through 2008, bounced a bit in March, April and May and has been stable since. Here's an interactive chart on fixed mortgage rates. Here is a link to all mortgage rates offered in New Zealand.

    Thanks Steven - have you tried fiddling with the balance control ? The issue is that sound is not recording properly on both channels.

    When the magical pixies stop looking for cash at the bottom of Phil Goff's garden I am going to ask them to buy me a new video camera.

    Then what will the rates be in 2 yrs time?
    long term planning is needed for long term investment.
