Auckland CBD apartment prices range from $158,000 to $527,000

The top price paid per square metre for Auckland CBD apartments sold recently by Impression Real Estate approached $10,000 a square metre, with a 27 square metre, one bedroom unit in the Altitude building selling for $253,000 ($9370 per square metre).

The cheapest apartment among Impression's recent sales was a 21 square metre studio in the Harbour Green building which sold for $158,000, while the most expensive was a 61 square metre, two bedroom unit in the Federal complex which went for $527,000.
