This particular RBNZ leadership team testimony at the Parliamentary Finance and Expenditure Select Committee is an unusual event.

House prices are all about supply Adrian... really? Like, seriously, what kind of over-supply of houses would you have to have in suburbs with good state schools before prices drop below the maximum that a reasonably wealthy family can afford (which is a function of mortgage costs and DTI etc)?
