Public Trust raises long term mortgage rates
Public Trust raised its three, four and five year mortgage rates on Thursday morning by between 10 and 20 basis points (bps).
It raised its three year rate by 10 bps to 6.85%; four year by 20 bps to 7.35%; and five year by 18 bps to 7.68%.
