It seems to me that Finance Ministers and Cabinet Ministers need to be kept on the straight and narrow by the threat of prosecution for this sort of thing, especially where there has been fraudulent concealment of liabilities and the true state of finances, from the public.

Cullen was the responsible Minister and Street also had knowledge. He cannot hide behind Treasury's skirts. He should be charged with his breach of his duty to report fully and truthfully.
