Prices started at $225,000 for 38 square metre shoebox in latest apartment sales

A couple of apartments in the Federal building that sold for almost $500,000 each were among recent sales handled by Auckland apartment specialists Impression Real Estate.

Both were 70 square metre units with three bedrooms, while a smaller 61 square metre apartment went for $445,000.

At the other end of the price scale, the cheapest apartment sold recently by Impression was a 38 square metre, two bedroom unit in the Harvard building that went for $225,000.
