Prices at last week's Harcourts auctions ranged from $62,000 for a house in Rotorua to $3m for an Auckland kiwifruit orchard

Prices of Auckland properties at last week's Harcourts auctions ranged form $430,000 for a home unit in Pukekohe to $3 million for a kiwifruit orchard in the same district.
In west Auckland a three bedroom house in Massey sold for $590,000 and closer to town a a home unit on Don Croot St in Kingsland fetched $645,000.
At the other end of the country a three bedroom, methamphetamine contaminated townhouse with a double internal access garage at Papanui in Christchurch was sold "as is" for $287,000, and a three bedroom/two bathroom house on a 798 square metre section at Kaiapoi fetched $545,000.
