Prices of commercial properties sold by Colliers ranged from $800,000 to $7.58 million

The net yields on the latest commercial properties sold by Colliers International ranged from 5.26% for a 501 square metre office/warehouse in New Lynn to, 8.5% for for a 590 square metre commercial/retail building at Paraparaumu on the Kapiti Coast.

Prices ranged from $800,000 for a retail unit off Durham Lane in Auckland's CBD, to $7.58 million for a Bunnings Trade Centre outlet in the Avondale industrial precinct.
