Latest results from the auction rooms include seven Auckland apartments and two North Shore warehouse/office units

Four of the seven Auckland apartments auctioned by City Sales this week were sold under the hammer with three passed in for sale by negotiation.

According to QV.co.nz's records, one of those passed in had only been purchased in December last year for $371,000, but bidding stalled at $380,000 when it went under the hammer this week.

On the commercial property front, Colliers has sold a couple of modern warehouse/office units at auction, one at North Harbour selling for $890,000 and a larger one at Mairangi Bay which went for $1.16 million.

City Sales Auckland apartment auction results:

  • 3/669 New North Rd, Morningside. A two bedroom home unit with a carport. Sold for $560,000. According to QV.co.nz the unit had been purchased for $289,000 in 2007. The agents were Steve Kirk and Habeeb Urrahman.
  • 1C/31 Scanlan St, Grey Lynn. The Mezzanine building. A two bedroom/two bathroom apartment with a double (tandem) car park. Passed in on a vendor bid of $700,000. The agents were  Lucy Piatov and Chris Bell.
  • 1001/11 Liverpool St. City Zone building. A two bedroom unit. Sold for $320,000. According to QV.co.nz the unit had been purchased for $172,550 in 2003. The agent was Iona Rodrigues.
  • 4F/15 Nelson St. Columbia on Nelson building. A one bedroom unit with a car park. Passed in at $495,000. According to QV.co.nz it had been purchased for $120,000 in 2009. The agent was Tony Kelly.
  • 1C/40 Charlotte St, Eden Terrace. Charlotte Mews building. A two bedroom unit with a car park. Sold for $590,000. According to QV.co.nz it had been purchased for $343,000 in 2013. The agent was Iona Rodrigues.
  • 1102/11 Liverpool St. City Zone building. Quick flick. A two bedroom unit. Passed in at $380,000. According to QV.co.nz it had been purchased fro $371,000 in December last year.The agent was Iona Rodrigues.
  • 705/149 Nelson St. Ascent building. A one bedroom unit. Sold for $267,000. According to QV.co.nz it had been purchased for $185,000 in 2006.The agent was Lucy Piatov.
