Reserve Bank Governor Graeme Wheeler will make a speech tomorrow morning on "monetary policy challenges in turbulent times."
Wheeler's speech follows the central bank's move on August 11 to lower the Official Cash Rate to a record low of 2%.
The Reserve Bank says Wheeler's speech will be made at a "private event in Dunedin", but the speech will be published on the Reserve Bank website at 9am.

Pray what would he know about it?
:o)
Too true - there certainly is no money in it other than destabilising debt funded asset inflation and the associated malinvestment consequences.
