Prices ranged from $630,000 for an apartment in Kingsland to $3.18m for a house at Bucklands Beach at Bayleys' latest auctions

Bayleys sold 14 of the 25 Auckland residential properties the agency took to auction last week, giving a sales clearance rate of 56%.

Prices ranged from $3.18 million for a four bedroom/three bathroom house with gulf views at Bucklands Beach, to $630,000 for a two bedroom apartment in Kingsland.

The least expensive stand alone house was a three bedroom house on a 1012 square metre section at Red Hill in Papakura, which sold for $647,500.

The Red Hill and Kingsland properties and a two bedroom apartment in Newmarket were the only properties that sold for less than $1 million.

Things were a bit quieter at Bayleys' auction rooms down the line with just one auction, a house at Pakipaki in Hastings which sold for $975,000.
