The cheapest property auctioned by Harcourts last week was a three bedroom house on a 1060 square metre section (pictured) in Rotorua, sold by mortgagee auction for $62,000.
The most expensive was a fully renovated villa in Mt Eden that went for $2.235 million.
The cheapest Auckland home auctioned by Harcourts last week was a two bedroom house in Sandringham sold for $766,000.
In the Bay of Plenty prices started at $200,000 for a house at Parkvale in Tauranga, and in Hamilton prices started at $250,000 for a house at Enderley.
In Christchurch prices ranged from $160,000 for a house in Richmond that was sold "as is," to $1.05 million for a house in Fendalton.
There were also three houses sold by auction in Blenheim, priced from $253,000 to $470,000.
