182 Laingholm was fairly worn and tired with zero yard. Shocked it went for that.

It sits on over 4,400sqm land. The land itself is worth over a few millions in Central Auckland. This is a daylight robbery I'd say.

It was Laingholm not Central Auckland. Steep, thickly forested, non subdividable and protected forest. Not even a square meter of lawn. Weatherboards needed replacement. Interior very tired. 1992 vintage. Missing CCC. 47% over RV.

Actually I'm not surprised that it went for quite a high amount considering just how expensive Auckland has become in such a short amount of time.

Though saying that Laingholm is a very beautiful, right on the coast so you're more likely to get a water view and is a safe area, since it's mostly an owner occupied and has good schools so quite family orientated.
Oh and it's 40minutes form the CBD.

Houses in the area have been selling on average 30% over CV for the past six months. No water view from this one. Kaukapakapa is also 40 mins from the CBD :)
