Prices at Bayleys' latest Auckland auctions ranged from $332,500 for a 40 square metre, two bedroom apartment in the Zest complex on the corner of Queen St and Mayoral Drive in the CBD, to $1.96 million for a house in Remuera.
Elsewhere in the city a two bedroom apartment with a garage in an art deco building in Parnell fetched $850,000, and a two bedroom brick and tile home unit at Hauraki on the North Shore went for $695,000.
Down the line a three bedroom house on a small lifestyle block at Morrinsville sold for $450,000, a four bedroom house at Matamata went for $406,000 and a four bedroom home on seven hectares in Hawke's Bay went for just over $1.5 million.
