Wools finer than 35 micron met good support as did merino types, which continue to see new levels on the back of good lifts in Australia.

The NZ dollar today compared to the last  South Island sale 1-June 2017, USD 0.7245 up 2.0%, Euro 0.6470 up 2.1%, Sterling 0.5690 up  3.3%, AUS 0.9573 up 0.2%

Next week we have a wool sale on Thursday 22-June 2017 at  Napier  with approximately 11,561  bales.
