We are going through an estate process that required us to confirm identities through the on line identity checking system Cloud Check.  It is absolutely hopeless.  It is clumsy, buggy and such an impossible system that we seriously considered ditching the remote law company and starting again with a local practice.  Our conversations with the person at the practice  revealed everybody has the same problems with it and even she could not work it without external help.
