Bernard Hickey details the key news overnight in 90 sec0nds at 9am in association with ASB, including news that a whistleblower in the International Energy Agency says peak oil is much closer than everyone realises. Also, Hanover Finance has admitted it can only pay back 70% of investors' money, not the 100% promised last year when investors agreed to a 5 year moratorium. We are down in Wellington today for the Reserve Bank's Financial Stability Report due to be released at 9am.
