Housing Report: Rental listings rise and listings for sale fall

Bernard Hickey delivers a housing report in association with ASB, including a look at two charts showing a fall in the number of properties for sale on realestate.co.nz and trademe.co.nz and rise in the number of properties for rent. This suggests a shortage of property for sale that might keep pressure up on prices, while rents may fall, making life difficult for property investors.
