Bernard Hickey presents a special report on the receivership of Nigel McKenna's Kawarau Falls project near Queenstown. Bank of Scotland pulled the plug after the project defaulted. Half of phase 1 is built and up to 500 workers will keep going for at least 2 weeks while the project is assessed.
