90 at 9: Doubt over 2010 tax cuts; Mexico's IMF bailout; US house prices down 29%

Bernard Hickey details the key news overnight, including growing doubts over whether next year's tax cuts here in New Zealand can be afforded, news that Mexico has gone to the IMF for its first bailout since 1994 and figures showing US house prices have now fallen 29% from their peak and are back at 2003 levels. If New Zealand house prices fell to 2003 levels, they would be down 43% from their November 2007 peak.
