Video: Hickey still a house price bear

Bernard Hickey reports on Quoteable Value's figures showing an 8.3% fall in house values nationally in January from a year ago. He also compares them with REINZ figures showing a 6.6% fall and explains why he's sticking to his forecast for a 30% fall by 2010.
