We have increased the size of the maintenance window to 1 hour to allow for easy adding of issues, generally, we do not expect to have the server unavailable for more than a couple of minutes, however it is hard to say exactly when. This means, people can generally surf, but should not comment and post on the site. If it is unavailable, it is realistic to check 10 minutes later. Thanks for your patience.
