High Court hearing on Hanover vote injunction at 2.15pm

Alex Tarrant will be attending a High Court hearing on an injunction attempt to stop the Hanover Finance moratorium vote tomorrow. He tells us the hearing is due at 2.15pm. Opponents of the vote want more time and an independent appraisal. If it proceeds, Brian Spondre, Alex and myself will also be attending the vote meeting at the Ellerslie racecourse from tomorrow at 10.30 am. We will be live-blogging from the meeting.
