Asset Finance looking for independent chairman

Whakatane-based personal loan finance company Asset Finance is looking for an independent director to chair the board of the company as it obtains a credit rating and becomes part of the regime of formal regulation by the Reserve Bank. Asset Finance has also applied for inclusion in the Government Retail Deposit Scheme.
