Description of trading activities

Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund is a New Zealand based managed investment scheme. The main activity of the fund is to acquire economic rights, therefore by issuing units out to investors. Units have been listed on the NZX mainboard, and the ASX since November 2012. Fonterra is one of the largest dairy companies in the world, being responsible for more than a third of international dairy trade.

Mary-Jane Daly was appointed to the Fonterra Shareholders Fund’ (FSF) in November 2020, and in November 2022,  appointed Chair of the Board. Daly is based in New Zealand and the United Kingdom with a variety of banking and finance roles. Daly graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Business Administration. Further from University, Daly completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Finance and International Business.
