Description of trading activities
Infratil Limited is an infrastructure-based investment company. It owns airports, electricity generators, retails and telecommunication networks. Infratil has operations in New Zealand, Australia and the US. It can be found on both the NZX and ASX.
Jason Boyes is the current Chief Executive of Infratil. Boyes joined the Board of Infratil in April, of 2021. Boyes main role within Infratil is to oversee the development and implementation of the companies strategic movement within their industry, along with management of the Infratil investment fund.
Boyes is a Partner at Morrison & Co, which he joined after spending 15 years in the legal industry covering corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial roles. Mainly based in London and New Zealand. Boyes is also the Chair of Longroad Energy and a director of CDC.
Alison Gerry joined the board of Inratil as an independent director in July 2014. Gerry was appointed Chair in May 2022. Gerry is also the Chair of Sharesies, and a Director of ANZ Bank, and Air New Zealand. Gerry worked an extensive financial career based in Australia, Asia, and London in trading, finance, and risk roles. Gerry is a member of the audit and risk, nomination and remuneration and manager engagement committees.
