Simon Woodhams was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of PFI in January 2019. Before the appointment, Simon Woodhams was the General Manager of PFI, and prior to that a General Manager of Direct Property Fund (DPF), before they merged with PFI in 2013. Woodhams graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Marketing.
