Description of trading activities
Turners Automotive Group was formed in 2014, merging New Zealand's largest vehicle and machinery retailer, Turners Auctions with Finance and insurance company Dorchester Pacific. TRA is currently New Zealand's largest buyer and seller of vehicles, with a car sold every 6 minutes. TRA provides automotive retail, Finance, Insurance, and Credit Management.
Chairman profile
Grant Baker has a range of success in senior positions for both public and private Kiwi companies. Baker was involved in a number of successful business ventures including 42 below Vodka, and Trilogy international. Currently holding 7.44% of the shareholding, Baker has a long term commitment to TRA. Baker has been the Chairman of TRA since September of 2009.

Todd Hunter has a background in marketing, sales, and accounting both completing a career in international, and regional waters. Prior to joining TRA, Hunter worked for Microsoft New Zealand, and Ernest and Young. Hunter has been the CEO of TRA since 2016.
