Description of trading activities
EROAD is a technology, tolling and services provider based in Auckland. As per the website, they were the first in the world to use a GNSS/cellular-based road charging solution across an entire country. They also manufacture in-vehicle hardware, operate secure payment and merchant gateways and offer web-based value-added services.
CEO profile
Mark Heine is currently the acting CEO and has been since April 2022. As general counsel and company secretary, he also works with the team on all aspects of company and product legal compliance and data privacy. Mark joined EROAD in 2015 after working at Bell Gully as a Barrister in Auckland and Allens in Sydney.
Chairman profile
Graham Stuart joined EROAD in January of 2018 and was subsequently appointed Chairman in August. Previously, he had roles as CEO at Sealord Group, CFO and director of strategy and growth at Fonterra and has had a great deal of overseas experience in East Asia, Europe and the UK.
