Description of trading activities

Skellerup is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of polymer products and vacuum systems. They provide innovative engineering solutions for customers in dairy rubberware, water and related infrastructure, roofing, plumbing and other areas.

CEO profile

Graham Leaming joined Skellerup as Chief Financial Officer in December in 2012, appointed CEO in April 2024. Prior to Skellerup, Leaming spent over 12 years gaining senior commercial experience in Rakon and Rayonier Inc. Leaming has also held roles within Ernst and Young.

Chairman profile

John Strowger was appointed Chair in October of 2022, and was previously appointed to the Board in March 2015. Strowger retired as a Partner at the fir Chapman Tripp on the 30th of November, 2022. Strowger specialises in corporate, contrast, and securities law, mergers and acquisitions at the same time as heading the firm’s China desk. Strowger was named NZ Deal Maker of the Year at the 2019, 2017 and 2015 Australasian Law Awards. Strowger sites on the board and advisory committee of many private sector businesses.
