So the old Auckland City has BY FAR the largest number of claims and is probably expecting to grab as much as it can from the other Councils that were  bound to it under the new Auckland Council.

Rip off!!!

And precisely why Auckland and areas is so over rated, in more ways than one.

They are expected to pay for all the ineptitude of all the cowboy builders and their cowboy associated suppliers and their accomplices the gormless civil Servants who allowed untreated timber and poor designs to get the better of them.

And could not estimate the problems, they were coming up with, with no end in sight.

The mugs are the ones who paid for the trash products in the first place.

I have known quite a number in the first place, they wanted a Mcmansion at paupers income.  And the banks wanted and still want endless growth at any cost.

The next set of mugs goes to those who have no idea of the magnitude of the extent of the problems, but will get over rated to pay for it, ad infinitum.

I believe some are called immigrants. They thought they were getting a fair deal being allowed to bring their ill-begotten gains, to the Land of the Fair and Few.

No corruption here, little did they know.

Little did they know corruption takes many forms, and sometimes none at all, just sign on the dotted line. Nah worries...mate.

Safe as Houses?.

Do you want a free TV with that Mcmansion, or what?.
