Ian Blair succeeding Gai McGrath as Westpac NZ's head of retail banking with Mark Fitz-Gerald new head of business banking

Ian Blair, Westpac New Zealand's general manager of business banking, is replacing Gai McGrath as head of retail banking.

McGrath, who took the role in 2010, is returning to Australia to head up retail banking for Westpac Australia.

Before that he was general manager for commercial banking at Westpac Australia, and before that he worked for BNZ's parent National Australia Bank.
