ASB also working with host card emulation and cloud based token technology as it pilots 'PayTag' mobile wallet

 ASB's PayTag mobile wallet will be a bridging service allowing customers to make payments via their mobile phones until broader development of Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled mobile phones and whatever Apple's equivalent is, says the bank's general manager for technology & innovation Russell Jones.
