BNZ says its KiwiSaver scheme has $43.6 mln under management and 12,249 members

BNZ, which launched its own KiwiSaver scheme on February 25, says as of June 7 it had reached $43.6 million under management.
A bank spokeswoman also told interest.co.nz that, at that point, BNZ's KiwiSaver scheme had 12,249 enrolled members. That gives an average of just under $3,600 per member.
BNZ became the last of the major banks to launch its own KiwiSaver offering in February, some five and a half years after KiwiSaver launched.
