Video: Oil down, NZ$ up, warning about Bernard 'Made-off' in '99

Our last 90 @ 9 for the year.
Oil fell below US$40 per barrel overnight. NZ$ rose above 60 USc before settling just under.
Warning to SEC about fraudster Bernard 'Made-off with the money' Madoff in 1999 from one of his compeditors.
Thank goodness I don't live in Latvia.
